Lindsay Lohan was born on July 2, 1986 and she just turned 24 today. She needs to take care of her SCRAM belt. If she consumes alcohol then SCRAM belt would signal that she has drunk. Hence, she needs to be very conscious at both birthday and weekend parties. 
One of her friend told that, the birthday celebrations of Lindsay Lohan are in budget and said that, there’s not much to do with monitoring bracelet. We know that, Lindsay is facing the court case and she was ordered by the judge to arrest twice, but she survived with the help of bail orders.
Now, Lindsay is sued regarding her shopping bill. On Wednesday, a boutique in the Los Angeles filed a case in LA Superior Court. According to the boutique, Lindsay Lohan needs to pay $17,000 for shopping form November 2009 and February 2010. But, Lindsay has paid just $180.
