Jesse James has won against his ex-wife Janine Lendemulder, in the custody battle. The court has granted permission to take his 6-years-old, daughter Sunny to Texas near to his wife Sandra Bullock.
Janine Lendemulder, the porn star asked the judge to ban James from moving from California with their daughter Sunny. Jesse James argued that he doesn’t want to continuing the relationship with Lendemulder.
In October 2009, Janine Lendemulder was jailed for six months for tax evasion. Sandra Bullock and Jesse James have granted full guardianship of the six-years-old daughter, after the arrest of James ex-wife Lindemulder. On Tuesday, Sunny was officially handed to the custody of James.
The 41-years-old, Jesse James is an American television personality and CEO of West Coast Choppers. James is currently working as a host for ‘Jesse James is a Dead Man’.Sandra Bullock is an American actress. James and Sandra Bullock got married in July 16, 2005. In November 2009, they entered into a custody battle with Jame’s ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.
