Earlier, in June it was reported that Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller has decided to take divorce. The couple has filed for divorce and they need it immediately.
But, they were asked to hold until the Charlie Sheen’s Aspen assault case end. Charlie Sheen was sentenced to 30 days rehab and three months probation and 36 hours of domestic violence counseling.

ore pending and the couple are expecting for their divorce documents soon. On May 30th 2008, Charlie Sheen was married in Brook Mueller and it is the third marriage for Sheen. Charlie Sheen was arrested on charges of domestic violence; he was released from jail after posting an $8,500 on February 8th 2010.
