Lindsay Lohan Rehab: Lindsay Lohan will continue in Rehab till October 22. October 22 is the Lindsay Lohan’s court appearance date. Lindsay Lohan fate will be decided by the Judge on that day.
Lindsay Lohan is planning to stay in rehab until her court appearance and Judge Elden Fox will get the medical reports of Lindsay Lohan from the doctors of Betty Ford Clinic. 
Judge Elden Fox will evaluate all the reports and will decide whether Lindsay Lohan has to continue in rehab or put her in a jail.
If Judge feels that Lohan is improving well in rehab than jail then there is a chance of extending her rehab. Earlier, Lohan released from the jail on $300,000 bail. Again, Elden Fox ordered Lindsay Lohan custody as she was failed in two mandatory drug tests ordered by court.
