Karina Smirnoff and Brad Penny: Karina Smirnoff, who was eliminated from the Dancing With The Stars got engaged with Brad Penny.

Karina Smirnoff and Brad Penny have been dating since October 4, 2009. Karina Smirnoff revealed her engagement during the Tao Las Vegas’s five-year anniversary party and showed her 4.5 carat Asscher Cut diamond engagement ring too.

Earlier, Karina has dated with Mario Lopez and Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Now, she called Penny as “Southern Gentleman”.

“We kept it quiet because my family is in New York and Brad’s family is in Oklahoma so we kind of wanted them to come out and celebrate and be a family first before we let the cat out of the bag,” Karina Smirnoff said.

Brad Penny proposed Karina Smirnoff at a restaurant in Los Angels after a taping of Dancing With the Stars. Brad Penny met Smirnoff through a common friend, UFC fighter Chuck Liddell.
