Agent of Leslie Nielsen, John. S. Kelly has confirmed that the actor has passed away on Sunday. He was dead in his home in Fort Lauderdale, Fla in presence of his wife and friends at about 5:34 PM ET.
He was dead due to ramifications of pneumonia. His nephew Doug Nielsen told to Canadian radio station CKNW that in last 48 hours, the infection has spread rapidly. “He just fell asleep and passed away,” he added.
