Jason Derulo has blizzard to the top of the midweek chart with his new single album ‘Don’t Wanna Go Home’.
Jason Derulo, who previously topped the UK singles chart with ‘In My Head,’ is joined among the Top 10 sellers at number 6 by Ministry of Sound release ‘Badman Riddim’ by Vato Gonzalez featuring Foreign Beggars, which itself was at radio more than a month before becoming commercially available this week.
Acting as the lead single for his upcoming second studio album Future History, Derülo’s new entry song knocks example’s ‘Changed The Way You Kiss Me’ down to 2.
The top five is rounded out by Pitbull’s ‘Give Me Everything’ at number 3, Calvin Harris’s ‘Bounce’ at 4 and ‘The A Team’ by Ed Sheeran falling 2 to 5.
Lady GaGa’s ‘The Edge Of Glory’ returns to the top 10, moving eight position up to eight following the single’s music video premiere last week.
Outside the top ten, ‘Last Friday Night’, Katy Perry’s fifth single to be taken from her Teenage Dream LP, vaults up 11 places to 13, while Nicki Minaj steadily climbs the chart with ‘Super Bass’ gaining a place to number 16.
There are two new entries from girl band beginners with Parade taking at number 29 with ‘Perfume’ and Sound Girl landing at 37 with ‘Don’t Know Why’.
Over on the midweek album chart, Lady GaGa – the poker hit maker has returned to number one with ‘Born This Way’ following her Paul O’Grady TV special on Friday night.
