This must be quite a couple on the silver screen, no matter how many times you see them together sharing the screen, no one gets bored, Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, there are discussions going on with Helena Bonham Carter to team up with Depp for the sixth time.
She is in talks with Disney’s upcoming adaptation of The Lone Ranger, and if a deal is settled, Carter would play the role as a madam of a local brothel, and few others will be joining them both, Dwight Yoakam (Sling Blade) and Barry Pepper (True Grit), if the contracts are finalized then Yoakam would portray the film’s central villain, as the gang leader Butch Cavendish, Pepper will be playing the role of the Captain J. Fuller of the 7th Cavalry,
Carter and Depp have worked in movies earlier including Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride, Sweeney Todd, Alice in Wonderland, and are currently shooting Tim Burton’s horror drama Dark Shadows, which will be released next year.
The Social Network’s actress Armie Hammer is inside the project already, casting as the masked title character, and the main course of the movie will be played by Depp as the Lone Ranger who is a Native American sidekick Tonto.
Gore Verbinski, the director who has already worked with Johnny in Rango and the first three Pirates of the Caribbean flicks, will joining the movie under the production of Jerry Bruckheimer.
It has been reported that the shooting will start in this fall at Texas and New Mexico, and Disney is expecting to release this movie on Dec. 21, 2012.
