Rihanna is going to make a homecoming documentary in the middle of a tour to support her fifth album “Loud” at her show in Bridgetown hometown of Barbados on August 5, 2011.
The report was confirmed by Barbados Tourism Authority (BTA) chairman Adrian Elcock. The Bajan songstress will film it at her concert, which is taking place in her hometown of Barbados this week.
Adrian told through The Sunday Sun via Nation News that aspects of the performance will be included in a video footage, which forms part of the $4 million contract reached between the Rihanna’s production company, RocNation, which is producing the show and Barbados Tourism Authority.
The Bajan songstress will rock Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, just before heading to Europe and South America to complete her “Loud” visit. The footage RiRi is going to make in the city will be titled “Coming Home”.
She is going to stay on the road until December with her last stop to take place at London’s O2 Arena stage.
Rihanna has already been planning her next studio part. According to producer Verse Simmonds in a recent talk with MTV television, he and his partner Sham “Sak Pase” Joseph, who formerly worked on “Man Down”, have made two video songs for the Bajan singer.
