2011 Teen Choice Awards: ‘Glee’ n ‘Vampire Diaries’ helms TV Awards

The FOX musical series “Glee” and “The Vampire Diaries” wins big in the TV categories at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California on Sunday, August 7.

‘Glee’ has affirmed as one of favorite shows for teenager by winning the Choice TV Show under the Comedy category. Among the cast members which grabbed the surfboard trophies were Cory Monteith and Darren Criss.

At the 2011 Teen Choice Awards, the scoring multiple nods at the live telecast were “Gossip Girl” and “The Vampire Diaries”,  which came out as Choice TV Show: Drama and Choice TV Show: Fantasy/Sci-Fi resp.

2011 Teen Choice Awards was opened by the Kardashian sisters and hosted by Kaley Cuoco this season. Below is the list of TV Categories:
