On Monday night, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Taylor Armstrong estranged husband Russell Armstrong had reportedly committed suicide in his residence on Mulholland Drive on August 15, 2011.
Taylor Armstrong may have witnessed the discovery of her estranged husband’s dead body on Monday night. According to sources, the star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” was there at Russell’s Los Angeles residence, when he was found hanging in his bedroom.
After their nuptial struggles were aired on season one of the hit Bravo show, Taylor, 40, filed for divorce on July 15 from Russell, 47, citing physical and verbal abuse. Taylor and Russell have a 5-year-old daughter, Kennedy, together.
Taylor had been in touch regularly with Russell, they had planned to meet on Monday afternoon, but he did not come. Taylor became concerned and began “texting and phoning” Russell when his pals said her they had not heard from him.
Getting no response from Russell, the reality star went to his house with a pal and found the owner of the property. She allegedly watched on as the owner peered through Russell’s bedroom window and spotted him hanging.
According to L.A. Coroner Assistant Chief Ed Winter, No official cause of death yet established by the Coroner. “There was no suicide note found, Body not yet examined.
A spokesperson adds: The death is being examined by the Coroner as a suicide at this time. Time of death: 8:16 p.m. on 08/15/2011 at his house in the 14000 block of Mulholland Drive.
The fellow Bravo star – Demi Lovato tweets her condolences to Taylor Armstrong, following the news her estranged husband Russell had reportedly committed suicide.
