The estranged couple Katy Perry and Russell Brand has reached the divorce settlement in a professional manner. Katy, 27, and Russell, 36, have signed on all divorce papers including property agreement.

Both Katy and Russell seemed happy during the signing process. Perry signed on all divorce papers with heart and smiling face. Brand and Perry’s marriage relationship will last on July 14 as per the California laws. The court papers filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, Feb.7.  The couple has reached the comprehensive written settlement of all issues. Brand and Perry also signed on property issues. The agreement includes property distribution. Brand will not get any spousal support from his estranged wife.

The 27-year-old singer also wants her maiden name, Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson back. Perry’s property worth $70 million while Brand’s property worth only $20 million. The “Firework” singer has earned over $44 million while they were Mr. and Mrs. The couple together owned four properties in California, New York and London, totaling $15 million. As per the close sources, Brand is not seeking any money from his higher-earning wife. However, the all properties, which they bought while they were couple, would get half each.

The couple married on October 23, 2010, in a traditional Hindu ceremony near the Ranthambhore tiger sanctuary in Rajasthan, India. Brand filed for divorce from Perry on December 30, 2011, in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences.
