Michael Jackson Death case not yet closed. Even Jackson Doctor Murray also not taken into custody. The Lpad is not yet confirmed.

There is still no official word on when an announcement about any charges might come. David Walgren, the deputy Los Angeles County district attorney handling the case, declined to comment Tuesday.

The plan as of this afternoon — Dr. Murray’s lawyers would drive him to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Office at the Airport Courthouse in L.A. at 5:30 AM Friday, along with a bail bondsman. Dr. Murray would be booked, post bail and then walk into court without handcuffs or chains.

More than seven months ago Michael Jackson’s death has happened. In this his personal doctor Dr. Caonrd Murray is surrender on Friday. The pop singer doctor will be arraigned Friday.

Dr. Conrad Murray is set to be arraigned at a courthouse near Los Angeles International Airport, the person, who declined to be named because of the sensitivity of the situation.

Murray has maintained that nothing he gave Jackson should have killed him.

Michael Jackson’s physician has been strategizing with his team of defense attorneys and is ready to surrender to authorities if prosecutors file charges, the doctor’s attorney said.

Dr. Conrad Murray, who has a practice in Houston, came to Los Angeles last weekend and spent Tuesday afternoon meeting with his newly assembled team of three lawyers. The district attorney’s office has not said if it will file charges but lead defense attorney Ed Chernoff said Murray is ready for such a move.

“I haven’t received any phone call from anybody asking for the doctor to surrender,” Chernoff said. “If we get the call, we’ll be happy to.”

The remaining members of Jackson 5 are Marlon, Tito, Jackie and Jermaine announced their reunion plans on Wednesday, and they all hope to come back in to the mainstream music scenario with a bang.
