On the Michal Jackson death issue, Los Angeles County District and the members of D.A’s office has already met and put a criminal case against Jackson personal doctor Dr. Murray.

After the investigation for more seven months the members are ready to charge Dr.Murry.

Members of the LAPD still have not met with the D.A. to present the case, however, our sources say the deputy D.A. assigned to the case — David Walgren — has worked closely with LAPD detectives on the case, is intimately familiar with the investigation, has all the LAPD investigative notes and has already briefed Cooley and others in the office.

We’re told Dr. Murray could be charged with involuntary manslaughter as early as next week.

Newly unsealed court records show Michael Jackson’s mother is receiving $86,204 per month from her son’s estate to support herself and her three grandchildren.

The money is being paid by the late pop singer’s estate.

Katherine Jackson is one of the primary beneficiaries of her son’s estate along with the singer’s three young children and unnamed charities.

A judge approved a monthly stipend for Katherine Jackson and her three grandchildren in August. The amount had been sealed until Thursday.

Katherine Jackson has been named the children’s permanent guardian. They are living at the Jackson family home in the San Fernando Valley.

The official trailer for a new film capturing rehearsal footage from Michael Jackson’s planned comeback concerts has been unveiled.

The two-minute preview trailer for This Is It was revealed at the finale of the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.

The film features never-before-seen footage of the star on stage and rehearsing for what would have been his farewell concerts at London’s O2 Arena.

“This is an adventure, a great adventure,” Jackson says of his elaborate show in the trailer.

Kenny Ortega, Jackson’s director and creative partner on the This Is It concerts, describes the film as “a gift to Michael’s fans” and “the greatest concert that no-one got a chance to see”.

The film will be released worldwide in cinemas on October 26 for two weeks.
