Newly unsealed court records show Michael Jackson’s mother is receiving $86,204 per month from her son’s estate to support herself and her three grandchildren.

The money is being paid by the late pop singer’s estate.

Katherine Jackson is one of the primary beneficiaries of her son’s estate along with the singer’s three young children and unnamed charities.

A judge approved a monthly stipend for Katherine Jackson and her three grandchildren in August. The amount had been sealed until Thursday.

Katherine Jackson has been named the children’s permanent guardian. They are living at the Jackson family home in the San Fernando Valley.

The official trailer for a new film capturing rehearsal footage from Michael Jackson’s planned comeback concerts has been unveiled.

The two-minute preview trailer for This Is It was revealed at the finale of the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.

The film features never-before-seen footage of the star on stage and rehearsing for what would have been his farewell concerts at London’s O2 Arena.

“This is an adventure, a great adventure,” Jackson says of his elaborate show in the trailer.

Kenny Ortega, Jackson’s director and creative partner on the This Is It concerts, describes the film as “a gift to Michael’s fans” and “the greatest concert that no-one got a chance to see”.

The film will be released worldwide in cinemas on October 26 for two weeks.

Michael Jackson’s new death certificate states the singer’s death on June 25 was a homicide.

The document was updated to reflect the L.A. County Coroner’s report, and lists his fatal injury as “intravenous injection by another.”

The report shows Jackson’s main cause of death was “acute Propofol intoxication” and a contributing factor was the presence of anxiety and insomnia medications in his system listed as ‘Benzodiazepine Effect.’

The star’s personal physician Dr Conrad Murray - who administered drugs to Jackson in the hours leading up to his death - faces possible manslaughter charges following the homicide ruling.

THE King of Pop will be buried on what would have been his 51st birthday, a spokesman for Michael Jackson’s family said yesterday.

Jackson will be buried at a private ceremony at Forest Lawn-Glendale, LA, on 29 August. Guests will be limited to family and close friends.

“The Jackson family once again wishes to express its gratitude to Michael’s fans around the world for their support during these difficult times,” the statement said.

Details about the ceremony and the whereabouts of Jackson’s body have been tightly guarded. The statement came a day after comments by Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, that his son would be buried on what would have been his birthday.
