According to the former body guards of Michel Jackson the king of pop suffered with financial difficulties during the final days of his life. Bill Whitfield and Mike Garcia who worked as a MJ minders revealed that he often suffered fits of rage.

Whitfield recently spoke to ‘Good Morning America’ he said that “Because of the credit card denies we are asked to leave the hotel.” He also added that “Michael got frustrated and threw my mobile from window and he broke the glass of the window.” After that Michael looked at Whitfield and said that ”Bill, you’re going to need a new phone.”

The bodyguards mentioned that Michael avoided his three kids from seeing the images of Jackson on magazine covers. He added that “When i look at magazine racks if that contained anything about him I’ll turn it around, because I know he’s coming this way. Sometimes he’s seen them.”

Los Angeles – Two men administering Michael Jackson’s estate will receive a total of 10 percent of the its profits minus several sizable assets, a judge agreed Wednesday.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff approved the compensation for attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain, who have been administering the singer’s estate since shortly after his death on June 25.

Branca and McClain will each receive five percent of the estate’s profits, minus earnings from the recent “This Is It” movie and Jackson’s interest in lucrative Sony-ATV music catalog.

Beckloff approved the arrangement after discussing it with various attorneys representing Branca, McClain, Jackson’s children and the singer’s mother, Katherine Jackson.

None raised any objections to the arrangement.

Howard Weitzman, an attorney for Branca and McClain, said the men would be fairly compensated but likely receive less money than if they received guideline amounts for administering Jackson’s estate, which has an estimated value of more than $500 million.

Murray is accused of administering the dose of anaesthetic drug Propofol to the King of Pop that led to his passing last June (09). Attorney Brian Oxman spoke of Dr. Murray on CBS’ “The Early Show,” saying the doctor’s actions “rose to the level of such recklessness you would say this was a second-degree murder charge.”

Dr. Murray is being sued by Digirad Imaging Solutions, Inc., for not paying bills totaling $131,848.37. We’re told Dr. Murray used the services of Digirad in his Vegas medical practiceWe’re told it’s now just a matter of timing before Dr. Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter — a felony that carries a maximum 4-year prison sentence.
